Returns & Exchanges

At ARCINA ORI, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your item isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email confirmation with your store credit voucher or new tracking details.
